LudlowWard Securities, LLC exists to provide LWCA clients with a registered broker/dealer operation through which to raise equity and debt in the capital markets.

When engaged, we act as our client’s agent with the sole mission of securing the right capital to meet our client’s objectives. The firm has significant expertise in debt and equity securities structure and pricing as well company capital structure: we are well practiced at achieving specific share ownership and capital structure goals. In addition, the firm has extensive relationships, many of them established over years, with private equity firms, venture capital, mezzanine lenders, family offices, institutional investors and senior debt providers throughout North America.

We strive to understand fully a client’s aims; we emphasize early-stage planning and subject our ideas to rigorous analysis calling on our valuation expertise and deep understanding of the capital markets.

Among other related services, we develop and draft all the offering materials and remain completely involved in all aspects of negotiation, due diligence and definitive agreement drafting.
